اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
Translation 
*Say: "Allah , the One. Allah , the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born. Nor is there to Him any equivalent"
*Spit (a form of spitting comprising mainly of air with little spittle) on his/ her left side thrice.
*Seek refuge in Allah from Shaytaan (satan).

Transliteration
allaahu aḥad, allaahuṣ-ṣamad, lam yalid wa lam yoolad, wa lam yakul-lahu kufuwan aḥad
a‛oodhu billaahi minash-shayṭaanir-rajeem
