اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،
وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Translation 
O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad the unlettered prophet and the family of Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon Ibraheem and upon the followers of Ibraheem, Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad the unlettered prophet and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibraheem and upon the family of Ibraheem, Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad the unlettered prophet and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibraheem and upon the family of Ibraheem, Verily, You are full of praise and majesty.
Transliteration
allaahumma ṣal-li ‛alaa muḥammadin-il nabi-il ’um-mee wa ‛alaa aali muḥammad kamaa ṣal-layta ‛alaa ibraaheem wa ‛alaa aali ibraaheem, in-naka ḥamee-dun majeed
wa baarik ‛alaa muḥammadin-il nabi-il um-mee wa ‛alaa aali muḥammadin kamaa baa-rakta ‛alaa ibraaheem wa ‛alaa aali ibraaheem, innaka ḥamee-dun majeed
wa baarik ‛alaa muḥammadin-il nabi-il um-mee wa ‛alaa aali muḥammadin kamaa baa-rakta ‛alaa ibraaheem wa ‛alaa aali ibraaheem, innaka ḥamee-dun majeed
