لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
Translation 
Abu Musa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me, "Shall I not guide you to a treasure from the treasures of Jannah (Paradise)?" I said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah! Thereupon he (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, (Say)(the translation of which is)
"There is no initiative (or change of a condition) nor power except by (the help of) Allah"

Transliteration
laa ḥawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaah
