اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي ظُلْمًا كَثِيرًا وَلَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَغْفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ وَارْحَمْنِي ، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
Translation 
O Allah, I have indeed wronged myself excessively and none can forgive sin except You, so forgive me a forgiveness from Yourself and have mercy upon me. Surely, You are The Most-Forgiving, The Most-Merciful.
Note: “Forgiveness from Yourself” means from Allah's innermost grace without me deserving it and a forgiveness which is befitting to Allah's tremendous generosity.

Transliteration
allaahumma innee ẓalamtu nafsee ẓulman katheeran wa laa yaghfir-udh-dhunooba illaa anta faghfir-lee maghfiratan min ‛indika warḥamnee, innaka antal-ghafoor-ur-raḥeem
