اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطِيئَتِي وَجَهْلِي، وَإِسْرَافِي فِي أَمْرِي، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي.
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي هَزْلِي وَجِدِّي وَخَطَايَايَ وَعَمْدِي، وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي هَزْلِي وَجِدِّي وَخَطَايَايَ وَعَمْدِي، وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي
Translation 
O Allah, forgive my sin, my ignorance, my excessiveness in my affairs, and whatever You are better aware (of my affairs) than myself.
O Allah, grant me forgiveness [of the faults which I committed] jestingly or in earnest, and which I committed inadvertently and deliberately; and indeed, all of these [failings] are in me.

Transliteration
Allaahumma-ghfir lee khaṭee’a-tee wa jah-lee, wa israafee fee amree, wa maa anta a‛lamu bi-hi min-nee.
Allaahumma-ghfir lee hazlee wa jid-dee wa khaṭaa-yaai wa ‛amdee, wa kul-la dhaalika ‛indee
