سُورَةُ الفَاتِحَة - بِسْمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَـٰلَمِينَ (٢) ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ (٣) مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ (٤) إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ (٥)
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ (٦) صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ (٧)
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَـٰلَمِينَ (٢) ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ (٣) مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ (٤) إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ (٥)
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ (٦) صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ (٧)
Translation 
Surah Al-Fatihah - In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)
All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Aalameen (the world and what is within it). (2) The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (3) The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) (4) You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). (5)
Guide us to the Straight Way. (6)The way of those upon whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who went astray.. (7) (In Arabic)

*Blow (with a little spit) over the afflicted part of the body while reciting this Surah.

bismillaahir-raḥmaanir-raḥeem
