الْحَمْدُ للهِ
يَرْحَمُكَ الله [For a male]
يَرْحَمُكِ الله [For a female]
يَهْدِيكُمُ اللهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ
يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لَنَا وَلَكُمْ
يَرْحَمُكَ الله [For a male]
يَرْحَمُكِ الله [For a female]
يَهْدِيكُمُ اللهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ
يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لَنَا وَلَكُمْ
Translation 
When one of you sneezes he should say:
“All praise is for Allah.”
…and his brother or companion should say to him:
“May Allah have mercy upon you.”
…and he (i.e. the one who sneezed) should reply back to him:
“May Allah guide you and rectify your condition.”
Note: if the person who sneezed does not say "Alhamdu lillah" others around him should not say the dua for him as mentioned in a separate hadith by the prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
