لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ
Translation 
The people around a sick person (whose death is imminent) should instruct and encourage him/her to say the shahadah.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Prompt the dying person to say:
“None has the right to be worshipped except Allah.”
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

Transliteration
laa ilaaha ill-allaah
