اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ
Translation 
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would place his right hand under his cheek when about to sleep and supplicate:
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your slaves are resurrected.
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your slaves are resurrected.
Transliteration
allaahumma qinee ‛adhaabaka yawma tab‛athu ‛ibaadak
