اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
Translation 
O Allah, make me of those who return to You often in repentance and make me of those who remain clean and pure.
Transliteration
allahumma-j‛alnee minat-tawwaabeena waj‛alnee minal-mutaṭahhireen
