أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيَّ الْقَيُّومَ، وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Translation 
The messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'whoever says (translation of which is):
"I seek forgiveness from Allah and I repent to Him"
His (sins) will be forgiven, even if he had escaped from an advancing army (while in battle) [which is one of the major sins]'.

Transliteration
astaghfir-ullaa-hal-ladhee laa ilaaha illaa huwa-ḥayy-al-qayyooma, wa atoobu ilayh
