سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ المَلائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ
Translation 
Perfect and Holy (He is), Lord of the angels and the Rooh (i.e. Jibra-eel).

subbooḥun quddoos, rabbul-malaa’ikati war-rooḥ
